Custom Shades (Made-to-Measure Products)

All custom shades are manufactured based on the exact specifications provided at the time of order.

• All custom shade sales are final.
  
• No refunds, returns, or exchanges are accepted once an order has been placed and production has begun.
  
• Customers are responsible for ensuring all measurements, selections, and specifications are accurate before submitting an order.
  

Accident Guarantee

To support our customers post-installation:

• We offer a 30% discount on a future replacement order for the same or similar product in the event of accidental mis-measured.
  
• This offer applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
  

Parts & Accessories

We accept returns on eligible parts and accessories under the following conditions:

• Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.
  
• Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging.
  

Refund Deductions

Approved returns will be subject to:

• A 20% restocking fee
  
• Deduction of the original shipping label cost
  

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after inspection and approval of the returned item.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Custom-made shades
  
• Used or installed parts
  
• Damaged items due to misuse or improper installation
  

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

• Notify us within 1 business day of delivery.
  
• Provide photos and order details for review.
  
• We will work to resolve the issue promptly with a replacement or appropriate solution.
  

Order Cancellations

• Orders may only be canceled before production begins.
  
• Please contact us for order status to determine cancellation eligibility.
• Once production has started, the order cannot be canceled or refunded.
